A phony track titled 'I DID IT' popped up on d4vd's Apple Music page over the weekend, complete with creepy references to Celeste Rivas Hernandez.
The fake single landed on the hacked account Saturday, July 25, featuring a man crooning about the 14-year-old with lyrics like “the girl with my name tattooed on her chest.” It also showed a photo of the Tesla where her dismembered body was discovered, before Apple yanked it down.
d4vd, real name David Anthony Burke, faces charges including murder and continuous sexual abuse of a child. Prosecutors say he cut off her fingers to hide the tattoo evidence and used a chainsaw on the body.
Burke, arrested in April 2026, pleaded not guilty and remains held without bail. The track's eerie lines about hearing her breathe and fearing her love only after death added fresh chills to the case.
