WWE star Fallon Henley discussed her path to the main roster and personal challenges during an appearance on Cody Rhodes' podcast. The Fatal Influence member addressed learning from older wrestling and the demands of Raw and SmackDown. She also shared details about her recent move following WrestleMania 42.
Fallon Henley said she picks up details from old wrestling footage that newer wrestlers might overlook. Speaking on Cody Rhodes’ What Do You Wanna Talk About?, she noted that modern matches move quickly but older clips still offer value.
Henley recalled almost declining an extra work opportunity in 2021 after losing one of her twin sisters. She said the loss occurred shortly before she received a call that led to her third tryout match and eventual WWE signing.
Cody Rhodes highlighted time management as a challenging aspect of main roster television that is not always taught in NXT. He described the stress of multiple segments and sponsored warm-ups during shows.
Henley added that her call-up to SmackDown still feels surreal and that she feels prepared for the transition after nearly five years in NXT.
