The Early Ticket Draw provides fans worldwide a chance to secure tickets for the expanded 2026 tournament, which will feature 48 teams and 104 matches across 16 cities in the United States, Canada, and Mexico from June 11 to July 19, 2026. This phase follows the first presale, which sold over one million tickets to buyers from 212 countries and territories, with residents of the host nations leading purchases ahead of England, Germany, Brazil, Spain, Colombia, Argentina, and France. As of now, 28 of the 48 team spots have been filled.
Key Details on the Draw
Entry is open to anyone 18 or older with a FIFA account and a valid debit, credit, or prepaid card. Fans must register at FIFA.com/tickets, where a queue system leads to a five-minute window to enter the draw. Selection is randomized, and timing of entry does not provide an advantage. Results will be announced starting mid-November, with notifications at least 48 hours before assigned purchase slots.
Host country residents entering the draw gain a domestic exclusivity period from November 12 to 15, allowing them to buy single-match tickets only for games in their home nation during a 72-hour window. FIFA has allocated 75% of single-match tickets in this phase for these buyers, with no cross-border purchases permitted. Global access for all selected entrants begins November 17. Additional phases, including a draw after the December 5 group-stage reveal, will offer more opportunities, followed by first-come, first-served sales closer to the event.

Tickets are categorized into four levels, with Category 1 offering the best seats and Category 4 in upper areas. The lowest price is $60 for select matches, while the U.S. opening match on June 12 in Inglewood, California, ranges from $560 to $2,735. The final at MetLife Stadium starts at $2,030, with premium options up to $6,730. Dynamic pricing will adjust costs based on demand, a first for the World Cup.
