A 53-year-old man faces charges of DUI manslaughter and vehicular homicide after driving the wrong way on Interstate 75 and colliding with a 21-year-old woman's car in Charlotte County, Florida.

Dennis Olson allegedly drove a Ford F-150 south in the northbound lanes of I-75 near mile marker 149 shortly after 1 a.m. on May 17. He first sideswiped another vehicle before hitting Lauryn Akey's Honda CR-V head-on, according to a probable cause arrest affidavit from the Florida Highway Patrol.
