Fred Again.. to premiere b2b set footage with Thomas Bangalter

Fred Again.. will release official footage today of his back-to-back DJ set with Daft Punk's Thomas Bangalter from London's Alexandra Palace. The performance marked the finale of his USB002 tour and included Daft Punk classics such as 'Harder, Better, Faster, Stronger' and 'Around The World'. The premiere is scheduled for 5pm GMT.

Fred Again.. performed the one-off b2b set with Thomas Bangalter last month at Alexandra Palace, serving as the final UK show of his USB002 tour. The tour, which began earlier this year, featured special guests each night including Underworld, Mike Skinner, Joy Anonymous, La Roux, Nia Archives, The Streets, Romy, D Double E, Berwyn and Ezra Collective in various cities worldwide. Bangalter, one half of Daft Punk, made his second live appearance in nearly 20 years during the London gig. The duo played tracks like 'One More Time', 'Technologic', 'Starboy' with The Weeknd and a mash-up of 'Aerodynamic', 'Rollin’ And Scratchin’' and Fred Again..'s 'Victory Lap'—building on their prior collaboration at Paris's Centre Pompidou last October. Ahead of the show, Fred Again.. shared on social media: “I can’t believe I’m typing this. There is only one way to end this tour of surreal whirlwind dream-casting, and it is with this man, the greatest. We’ve been in the studio all week and basically prepared an entire one-off show just for tonight.” The USB series started in 2022, with USB001 in 2024 and USB002 released last December. Fans can watch the pro-shot footage premiere at 5pm GMT today.
