Gelli Haha releases rainbow-hued video for new single

Art-pop singer Gelli Haha has unveiled a colorful music video for her new song “Klouds Will Carry Me to Sleep,” coinciding with the start of her headlining tour. The clip features the singer driving a fluffy cloud through the sky with backup dancers. The North American tour began in Los Angeles on March 25.

Gelli Haha, known for her creative visuals, dropped the music video for “Klouds Will Carry Me to Sleep” on March 25, as first reported by Pitchfork. In the rainbow-hued production, Haha and her backup dancers twirl amid vibrant sky decor before she takes the wheel of a massive, fluffy cloud for a surreal journey. The release marks the launch of her highly anticipated spring headlining tour. The North American leg kicked off that evening in her hometown of Los Angeles, with stops planned in Seattle, Chicago, Toronto, Montreal, Philadelphia, New York, and other cities, wrapping up in May. Following that, Haha will perform at Primavera Sound festivals in Barcelona and Porto. This follows her debut album Switcheroo, which ranked No. 21 on Pitchfork's list of the 30 best pop albums of 2025. Prior to adopting the stage name Gelli Haha, the artist—real name Angel Abaya—performed feathery folk music with bands in Idaho and released earlier LPs under her given name.
