Stella and Carmen of Hearts2Hearts have disclosed how they bypassed SM Entertainment's trainee diet monitoring by reusing photos of approved meals.
The pair explained that trainees were required to submit photos of every meal to company staff to verify compliance with strict diets consisting of items such as apples, boiled eggs, and sweet potatoes.
According to their account, they photographed the same healthy meal multiple times during one session, varying the angle, lighting, and composition to create distinct images for submission on separate days.
Stella and Carmen stated they would then consume other foods in secret after sending the recycled photos. Their comments during a recent appearance prompted laughter from fans, with some suggesting the staff may have been aware of the tactic.
