International tourism generated US$13.498 million in Colombia during 2025

DANE published the 2025 Tourism Satellite Account data showing US$13.498 million in international tourism revenue and 995,709 jobs in the sector.

International tourism revenue in 2025 rose 69.8% from the prior year. The largest spending category was air passenger transport at US$3.452 million.

Carmen Caballero, president of ProColombia, highlighted joint public and private sector work. She noted this positions Colombia as an attractive and safe destination.

Employment grew 10.7% to 995,709 positions. Accommodation and food activities accounted for 59.4% of those jobs.
