Kuadra prepares to launch AI platform for Egypt construction sector

Kuadra, a MENA-based construction-tech company, is preparing to launch the industry’s first unified AI-powered platform to manage the entire project lifecycle for contracting companies in Egypt.

Ahmed Salem, founder and CEO of Kuadra, said the platform will automate core procurement and project management functions. It will analyze tender documents, extract technical specifications, allocate work packages, and evaluate bids through a single AI-powered system.

The company aims to shorten procurement cycles from days or weeks to hours. Salem noted that the construction sector contributes significantly to Egypt’s GDP yet remains among the least digitally advanced industries.

Kuadra was founded in 2025. It recently closed a funding round led by Edafa Venture after participating in GITEX. The firm is also in advanced discussions for a partnership with one of Egypt’s five largest construction companies.
