Actor Maxime Bouttier addressed speculation about his marriage to Luna Maya after appearing without his wedding ring on social media. He clarified the decision was solely due to work requirements.
In a video uploaded to the @lunabouttier account on Saturday 20 June 2026, 33-year-old Maxime Bouttier stated that he was in the middle of a shoot. He said, "Lagi syuting guys."
A colleague accompanying Maxime Bouttier added that no props, including a wedding ring, were allowed during filming. After the shoot ended, Maxime Bouttier immediately put his wedding ring back on.
The couple married on 7 May 2025 at Como Shambhala Estate, Gianyar, Bali. They recently celebrated their first wedding anniversary with a romantic dinner shared on social media.
