Novak Djokovic has praised Jannik Sinner's form and predicted the world number one will complete a clean sweep of the ATP Masters 1000 titles this year. The comments came ahead of Djokovic's return at the Italian Open in Rome. Sinner has already claimed titles in Indian Wells, Miami, Monte Carlo and Madrid.
Djokovic, recovering from a right shoulder injury, spoke at a press conference before his Rome campaign. He described Sinner as very strong and really impressive, adding that the Italian will make the sweep for sure, probably again this year. The Serb noted the challenges of the current two-week Masters format but highlighted Sinner's ability to adapt and his complete game across surfaces.
