Odinsa's Board of Directors appointed César Augusto Mejía and Juanita Toro Gómez on July 27 as new legal representatives for judicial and administrative matters.
The changes are part of the organizational restructuring that began on April 1, when Jean Pierre Serani took over as president, replacing Mauricio Ossa. Mejía, administrative and human talent manager, and Toro, financial planning director, now hold these positions.
Serani, with over 25 years in investment banking, aims to advance contractual closures for private initiatives and new financing options for road, airport concessions, and the water business. Projects such as the El Dorado airport expansion and the new Cartagena airport require this support.
The company also integrated administrative and business development functions into the Financial Vice Presidency and unified the roads and airports verticals under single leadership to simplify the structure.
