A group of 14 young players is expected to see increased opportunities in HockeyAllsvenskan during the 2026/27 campaign. The list highlights talents from several clubs who impressed in junior or limited senior play last season.
HockeyNews reporter Adam Gunnarsson has identified 14 juniors set to feature in the league. Among them is Malcom Gästrin of Modo, who was selected 84th overall by Edmonton in the recent NHL Draft and averaged over a point per game in U20 Nationell.
Elton Hermansson, also at Modo, recorded 11 goals and 21 points in 38 senior games while contributing to Sweden's U18 World Championship gold. Love Härenstam of Södertälje posted a .920 save percentage and five shutouts in 32 starts, earning recognition as the league's top goaltender.
Other names include Rocky Langvardt and Vilgot Lidén at Leksand, both with strong U20 and international experience, and several loaned prospects such as Viktor Klingsell at Kalmar and Isak Sörqvist at Vimmerby.
