Sarah Burton presented her debut menswear collection for Givenchy on June 25. The show featured 31 looks divided into three thematic rooms at the brand's Paris headquarters.
The presentation took place at 3 Avenue George V. One room highlighted tailoring and everyday wear, another focused on evening pieces, and the third displayed colorful leather tracksuits paired with the new Puffy Yard sneakers.
Burton collaborated with artist Rachel Whiteread to integrate sculptures into the display. She said the goal was to create an intimate atmosphere that felt personal.
New CEO Amandine Ohayon attended her first menswear show since joining in January. The collection also launched via a billboard campaign in Paris photographed by Juergen Teller.
Industry figures praised the tailoring and leather work. Richard Johnson noted the collection unified Burton's vision across genders, while Nick Wooster highlighted the shearling bomber and camel coat.
