Serenity for Investment and Real Estate Management has launched operations as Egypt's first specialized developer for memorial gardens, unveiling its inaugural Serene project in partnership with the Administrative Capital for Urban Development. The project covers an initial phase of 58 feddans along Suez Road in the New Administrative Capital and is set for launch in the first quarter of 2026.

Serenity for Investment and Real Estate Management has officially begun operations as Egypt's pioneering developer dedicated to creating and managing memorial gardens. The company revealed its flagship Serene project in collaboration with the Administrative Capital for Urban Development (ACUD). Spanning 58 feddans in its initial phase, the site is positioned along Suez Road in the New Administrative Capital.

Serene seeks to transform the conventional notion of cemeteries in Egypt by offering an organized, respectful, and modern alternative that adheres fully to Islamic guidelines and cultural practices. As an all-encompassing memorial destination, it includes a thoughtfully planned layout with key amenities to improve visitor experiences: a mosque, dedicated parking areas, landscaped greenery, and round-the-clock security for privacy and safety.

The development will also incorporate a dedicated administrative unit to handle burial preparations and visitor arrangements, addressing the practical requirements of Egyptian families. Crafted by Laithy Architects, the design prioritizes architectural finesse, smooth traffic flow, and a serene atmosphere, with pricing tailored to local market realities.

Khaled Abbas, Chairperson of ACUD, described the initiative as 'a qualitative addition aligned with the comprehensive vision for integrated planning and development in the New Capital,' emphasizing a joint dedication to quality, sustainability, and contemporary urban standards. Shamel Aboul Fadl, Chairperson of Serenity, explained that the project is inspired by Egypt's enduring traditions of honoring the deceased, reimagined through a modern lens to harmonize religious integrity with an enhanced, peaceful visitation process.
