Alaman Ulak

The organizers of a traditional alaman ulak equestrian event in Uzbekistan district, Kyrgyzstan, are set to be fined after unauthorized littering was discovered at the site. The event drew several thousand spectators. The Ministry of Natural Resources, Ecology and Technical Supervision reported the violation.
