Nagbalik ang Creamline Cool Smashers sa trono ng Premier Volleyball League (PVL) matapos ma-sweep ang Cignal Super Spikers sa best-of-three All-Filipino Conference finals noong Huwebes, Abril 23, sa puno na Araneta Coliseum. Nanalo sila ng 25-23, 22-25, 25-16, 16-25, 15-11 sa huling laro, na nagbigay ng record-extending na ika-11 na PVL championship. Si Finals MVP Bernadeth Pons ang namuno na may triple-double: 22 points, 25 excellent digs, at 15 excellent receptions.
