Following the December 2025 resignations of the CEOs of the Nigerian Midstream and Downstream Petroleum Regulatory Authority (NMDPRA) and Nigerian Upstream Petroleum Regulatory Commission (NUPRC), President Bola Ahmed Tinubu has nominated 21 individuals for their boards, sending a letter to the Senate for confirmation.
