Rehab Scams

Dr. Jeffrey Lieberman, former president of the American Psychiatric Association, appeared on TMZ Live to slam the rehab centers that treated Rob and Michele Reiner's son Nick, calling them scams that failed to provide proper care. Nick, who struggled with substance abuse and possible schizophrenia, cycled through at least 18 facilities before allegedly murdering his parents. Lieberman highlights the lack of aftercare and stringent laws that hinder effective treatment.
