Abramssons Fastigheter seeks planning approval for new apartments on Väster

Abramssons Fastigheter has submitted an application for planning permission for up to 60 new apartments at the central intersection on Väster in Örebro.

The application concerns the property at the corner of Gustavsgatan and Västra Nobelgatan. Four homes currently stand there and the company wants to build a new multi-family house connected to the neighboring building toward Västra Nobelgatan.

Magnus Knutsson, CEO of Abramssons Fastigheter, says the aim is to prepare for the future.

The company now awaits a response from the municipality on whether a detailed plan can be prepared.
