Ecodatacenter receives initial approval for Kvarnsveden expansion

Ecodatacenter has received an initial go-ahead to expand operations in Kvarnsveden. Risks involving noise and ammonia emissions must be investigated before a final decision.

Borlänge municipality has prepared a proposal for a detailed plan. The proposal enables Ecodatacenter to build additional data halls and reserve power near Kvarnsvedsvägen.

The plan marks the first step in the expansion process. Noise and ammonia emissions will now be investigated further according to reports from Borlänge Tidning.
