Fairfax India lance une offre publique d'achat pour une participation de 26 pour cent dans IIFL Capital Services

Fairfax India Holdings Corporation a lancé une offre publique d'achat visant à acquérir une participation supplémentaire de 26 pour cent dans IIFL Capital Services. Cette démarche fait suite à un investissement de 2 000 crores de roupies qui a porté sa participation à 38,47 pour cent.

L'offre est fixée à 350 roupies par action et cible environ 10 crores d'actions. Cette étape permet à Fairfax India de renforcer sa position au sein de la société de services financiers de manière structurée via le processus d'offre publique.
