Fairfax India lança oferta pública para adquirir 26 por cento de participação na IIFL Capital Services

A Fairfax India Holdings Corporation lançou uma oferta pública para adquirir uma participação adicional de 26 por cento na IIFL Capital Services. A medida ocorre após um investimento de 2.000 crores de rúpias que elevou sua participação para 38,47 por cento.
