The 27th Ani-Com & Games Hong Kong will run from July 24 to 28 with increased capacity and new attractions.
The organiser announced on Wednesday that the event can accommodate 38,000 participants, 7,000 more than last year. It will feature a record 201 exhibitors, up from 160 in 2025, across Halls 1, 3 and 5FG of the Convention and Exhibition Centre.
A one-way visitor flow will be in place to manage crowds. Leading Japanese voice actor Kawanishi Kengo, known for voicing Muichiro Tokito in Demon Slayer, will join virtual idols for performances and meet-and-greets.
“Dig Dig Island”, curated by Neco Lo Che-ying, will display designer toys, vintage collectibles and comic manuscripts. Director Oxide Pang Chun will show toys from his collection made in Hong Kong during the 1950s and 1960s, with antique items from Hong Kong and Japan also available.
