第27回「Ani-Com & Games Hong Kong」が7月24日から28日まで開催され、会場の収容人数拡大や新たなアトラクションが予定されている。
主催者は水曜日、今年のイベントの収容人数を昨年より7,000人多い38,000人に引き上げると発表した。コンベンション・アンド・エキシビション・センターのホール1、3、5FGを使用し、出展者数は2025年の160社から過去最多の201社に増加する。
混雑緩和のため、会場内は一方通行の導線が導入される。テレビアニメ『鬼滅の刃』の時透無一郎役で知られる人気声優の河西健吾氏が登壇し、バーチャルアイドルとのパフォーマンスやファンとの交流イベントが行われる予定だ。
ロー・チェイン（Neco Lo Che-ying）氏がキュレーターを務める「Dig Dig Island」では、デザイナーズトイやビンテージのコレクターズアイテム、漫画の原稿などが展示される。また、オキサイド・パン（彭順）監督が自身のコレクションである1950年代から60年代の香港製玩具を披露するほか、香港や日本のアンティーク品も販売される。
