L'opération inclut une rénovation complète de la propriété de 4 000 mètres carrés qui abritait les anciennes galeries Vía Wagner. Le bâtiment, fermé depuis 1993 en raison de litiges successoraux, sera destiné au marché locatif.

L'achat a été finalisé avec le cabinet privé Santomera Bay d'Alejandro Alcaraz. Cet investissement s'ajoute aux activités hôtelières de Messi via MiM Hotels et à ses projets gastronomiques avec les restaurants Hincha et la chaîne El Club de la Milanesa.
