La psychiatre de Maradona témoigne contre Swiss Medical lors du procès

La professionnelle a détaillé les demandes concernant un médecin clinicien, un neurologue, une ambulance, des infirmiers et un spécialiste des addictions. Elle a affirmé qu'un auditeur de Swiss Medical avait assuré que tout était en cours et qu'elle avait signé un e-mail daté du 11 novembre 2020, envoyé à Medidom. Elle a ensuite montré des échanges montrant un non-respect des engagements. Elle a précisé que l'assureur avait proposé des soins à domicile au lieu d'une véritable hospitalisation. Un autre témoin, Mariana Flichman, a déclaré que chacun savait ce qu'il signait dans le document de sortie.
