Un homme de 20 ans originaire de Pennsylvanie a été condamné jeudi à une peine de 22 à 44 ans de prison pour le meurtre au troisième degré de sa petite amie enceinte.

Kaiheem Williams a été reconnu coupable en avril dans le comté de Delaware de plusieurs chefs d'accusation, notamment meurtre au troisième degré, agression aggravée sur un enfant à naître et possession d'une arme de crime. Ces accusations découlent du meurtre par balle de Tanyiah Bell, âgée de 19 ans, survenu en novembre 2024 dans leur appartement de Lansdowne. La juge Margaret Amoroso a prononcé la sentence après avoir souligné la douleur ressentie par la famille de la victime.
