Inauguration de la Praça do Triunfo sur l'ancien site de la Cracolândia

Le maire Ricardo Nunes et le gouverneur Tarcísio de Freitas ont inauguré mercredi la Praça do Triunfo dans le centre-ville de São Paulo.

L'événement a eu lieu un an et demi après la construction d'un mur sur le site, situé rue des Protestantes à Santa Ifigênia. La place remplace une zone qui concentrait le flux de consommateurs de crack.

Nunes a déclaré que la Cracolândia ne reviendrait pas car le système actuel ne gouvernera plus São Paulo. Il a rappelé l'engagement pris dès le premier mois de l'administration de Tarcísio au Palácio dos Bandeirantes.

Tarcísio a souligné que les actions coordonnées entre les différents niveaux de gouvernement ont été décisives. Plus d'une centaine de propriétés liées au PCC ont été scellées au cours des opérations de revitalisation.
