Les hauts dirigeants de SBI Funds Management ont réalisé une plus-value importante grâce aux options d'achat d'actions (stock-options) suite à l'introduction en bourse de l'entreprise.

Le co-directeur général Devinder Pal Singh détient des actions et des options en cours d'une valeur de plus de 160 crores de roupies. La participation combinée et les stock-options du directeur des investissements Srinivasan Rama Iyer dépassent 165 crores de roupies. D'autres hauts responsables ont également bénéficié de manière substantielle des options d'achat d'actions qui leur ont été attribuées.
