Elliot Stroud and Taha Ali will not feature when Mjällby and Malmö FF play in the Allsvenskan restart. Stroud featured for Sweden against France in New Jersey on Tuesday.
Elliot Stroud, aged 24, started as right-back in Sweden's match against France. Mjällby, the reigning Swedish champions, visit top-of-the-table Sirius in Uppsala on Friday evening.
Stroud plays for Mjällby while Taha Ali represents Malmö FF. Both clubs will therefore begin the restart without their World Cup duo.
The game against Sirius is the first in the Allsvenskan restart.
