Uppsala Municipality joins Almedalsveckan

Uppsala Municipality will take part in Almedalsveckan from 22 to 26 June 2026 in Visby with discussions on urban growth and infrastructure.

The municipality joins with a broad programme that highlights opportunities in the living city.

The talks cover next steps for four railway tracks between Uppsala and Stockholm and development of the life science sector.

Visitors can sign up to attend seminars and contribute to discussions on the future of Uppsala and Sweden.

The programme also includes how good knowledge environments are created for research and innovation.
