BLACKPINK's music video for "DDU-DU DDU-DU" has reached 2.4 billion views on YouTube. The milestone was achieved on the morning of July 25 KST.

The video became the first K-Pop group music video to hit the mark. It is now only the second K-Pop video overall to reach 2.4 billion views.

The track was originally released on June 15, 2018 at 6 p.m. KST. It took the music video just over eight years, one month and nine days to attain the total.

PSY's 2012 hit "Gangnam Style" remains the only other K-Pop music video to have reached the same view count on the platform.
