The outlet is located at Jewel Changi Airport and is operated under a master franchise agreement with Singapore-based Katrina Group Ltd. It features K-burger products, including the kimchi bulgogi burger.

Lotte GRS Co., an affiliate of Lotte Group, announced on February 11, 2026, via press release that it has opened its first Lotteria outlet in Singapore. Under a master franchise agreement with Singapore-based food and hospitality company Katrina Group Ltd., the latter will operate Lotteria outlets in the city-state. The airport location offers a selection of K-burger items, including the kimchi bulgogi burger. A company official stated, "We will continue to seek growth as a global Korean franchise by expanding our overseas operations."

Lotte GRS operates approximately 1,300 Lotteria outlets in South Korea and around 330 overseas. These include locations in Vietnam (more than 240), Myanmar, Laos, Malaysia (one outlet), Mongolia, and the United States. The company's first U.S. outlet opened in Orange County, California, in August of the previous year. This Singapore entry marks the latest effort to expand Lotteria across Southeast Asia, building on its established presence in Vietnam.
