Digital Eclipse will release a collection of classic Toy Story games and a remastered version of Toy Story 3 this October. The projects mark the 30th anniversary of the original film.
The studio known for preservation efforts has prepared Toy Story: Retro Roundup. It bundles the 1995 Toy Story, the 1999 Toy Story 2, Toy Story 2: Buzz Lightyear to the Rescue, Buzz Lightyear of Star Command, Toy Story Racer, and A Bug's Life. Quality-of-life features such as rewind, practice modes, and archival materials accompany the titles. A separate project delivers Toy Story 3: Complete Edition with 4K resolution, 60 frames per second, and previously exclusive PlayStation 3 content. Both releases arrive on 15 October for Steam, PlayStation 4, PlayStation 5, Xbox Series X/S, and Nintendo Switch 1 and 2. Digital editions cost 24.99 dollars each, while physical bundles vary by platform.
