Tifauziah Tyassuma alias Dokter Tifa withdrew her pretrial motion at the South Jakarta District Court on Wednesday, 24 June 2026. She also described her experience during the case handover to the South Jakarta Prosecutor's Office on 22 June.
Dokter Tifa said the decision was taken after investigators decided not to detain her on 21 June 2026. She noted that her case had been split into a separate file from Roy Suryo.
During the trip to the South Jakarta Prosecutor's Office on 22 June, Tifa claimed she was asked to wear handcuffs and an orange outfit. She questioned the procedure as she felt she had always been cooperative.
"It turned out they asked me to be handcuffed, in the car I was asked to be handcuffed," she said. Tifa eventually complied with the officers' request.
Meanwhile, Roy Suryo continues his pretrial motion registered on 22 June under case number 99/Pid.Pra/2026/PN JKT.SEL. Legal expert JJ Armstrong Sembiring suggested the government consider deponering to reduce public debate.
