Fernando Mayumbo, a farmer from the municipality of Algeciras in Huila, died after a motorcycle accident in a rural area.
The man was found dead on the surface of a bridge on the road connecting the veredas Villahermosa and La Ensillada.
According to preliminary information, Mayumbo left on Wednesday night heading to a farm in the area. During the trip he lost control of his motorcycle and fell into the void along with the vehicle.
The body was found on Thursday afternoon by a passerby in a stream. Residents and members of the Junta de Acción Comunal moved the corpse with the support of a funeral home to the urban area to hand it over to the CTI of the Fiscalía.
