Five juniors named to Sweden's world championship squad

Sweden's ice hockey team Tre Kronor will include five young players in its roster for the upcoming World Championship in Switzerland. The group features recent junior world champions who impressed during the season and pre-tournament games.

Tre Kronor coach Sam Hallam confirmed the selections after observing the players in practice matches. The juniors are Viggo Björck and Anton Frondell from Djurgården, Frölunda's Ivar Stenberg, Jack Berglund and goalkeeper Love Härenstam. Hallam noted their prior success in junior tournaments and strong performances in the SHL and NHL this season.
