Internacional defeated Chapecoense 2-0 on Sunday (March 22), in the eighth round of the Brazilian Championship at Beira-Rio Stadium. Goals from Gabriel Mercado and Alan Patrick helped the Colorado escape the relegation zone and climb to 12th place with eight points.
