Following the announcement and rollout of her seventh album Middle of Nowhere—including the title track release and Coachella debuts—Kacey Musgraves has revealed dates for the supporting Middle of Nowhere Tour. The trek kicks off on her birthday, August 21, at Chicago's United Center and wraps with two nights at Seattle's Climate Pledge Arena on October 26-27. Key stops include Madison Square Garden in New York, Bridgestone Arena in Nashville, and Crypto.com Arena in Los Angeles. She'll also perform at Bourbon & Beyond festival in Louisville on September 25.
Opening acts rotate and include Midland, Flatland Cavalry, Carter Faith, Estevie, Charles Wesley Godwin, William Beckmann, Gabriella Rose, and the Brudi Brothers. Musgraves personally invited the Mariachi Brothers—Antonio, Caleb, and Joshua Gámez-Cuéllar—to open her three intimate shows at Gruene Hall in New Braunfels, Texas, on May 3-5. The trio, along with their parents, had been detained by ICE in February and released amid local outcry.
Ahead of the tour, Musgraves is slated for the 61st Academy of Country Music Awards on May 17. American Express cardholder presale runs May 5 at 10 a.m. local time through May 7 at 10 p.m., followed by general fan presale May 6-7. Public tickets go on sale May 8 at kaceymusgraves.com/tour.
