Lando Norris has credited winning the 2016 McLaren Autosport BRDC Award with transforming his racing career and forging a lasting bond with the McLaren team. The driver, who went on to become world champion, shared his reflections in a video posted on McLaren's YouTube channel.
Norris entered the award at age 16 and described it as one of the most prestigious in the UK.
