South Ethiopia Region Inaugurates Projects Built at Over 100 Million Birr

South Ethiopia Regional State Administrator Tilahun Kebede has inaugurated development projects costing over 100 million birr in Yirgachefe town of Gedeo Zone.

The projects were inaugurated in Yirgachefe town in Gedeo Zone. They include bridges connecting various kebeles and a riverside development project.

A market center for honey, milk and eggs was also opened. The administrator stated that the projects address long-standing development demands of the public.

These infrastructures ease transport movement, create recreational sites for residents and strengthen food security along with market linkages.
