During the July 11 stop, Usher was mid-performance of Nice & Slow when he noticed Chappelle chilling with a drink. The singer asked, “Is that Dave Chappelle?” as cameras cut to the D.C. native.
Chappelle kept cool at first, then started flinging the fake money as a dancer performed nearby. Fans flooded The Shade Room comments calling it “Chappelle Show coded” and joking it looked like taking an uncle to the strip club.
