Domestic Workers

Indonesia's DPR passed the Domestic Workers Protection Bill (RUU PPRT) into law during a plenary session on April 21, 2026. Law Minister Supratman Andi Agtas welcomed it as the government's commitment to shield domestic workers from exploitation and harassment. The law covers recruitment, vocational training, and conflict resolution.
