Government to pay farmers to restore disaster-damaged rice fields in Sumatra

Agriculture Minister Andi Amran Sulaiman announced the government will pay farmers through a labor-intensive scheme to rehabilitate rice fields damaged by disasters in Aceh, North Sumatra, and West Sumatra.
