São Paulo civil police concluded Operation Vérnix and requested the indictment of Deolane Bezerra and five others for alleged money laundering for the PCC.
The final report was sent to the São Paulo courts on Friday, May 29, 2026. Deolane was arrested on the 21st during the operation that investigates a transport company used to launder faction resources.
Those indicted include Marco Willians Herbas Camacho, known as Marcola, his brother Alejandro and two nephews. Everton de Souza was also indicted as a financial operator.
Marcola's defense denied any link to Deolane and stated that he does not know the influencer. Deolane denies involvement and said she is a victim of persecution.
The Public Ministry is expected to file criminal charges. Police requested the seizure of assets and vehicles seized.
