Remedy Entertainment revealed the release date for Control Resonant during a Sony State of Play event. The game will launch on September 24, 2026. Pre-orders are now available with early access options.
The announcement confirmed that Control Resonant, the sequel to the original Control, will arrive later this year. Players will take on the role of Dylan, Jesse's brother, as the sole playable character while Jesse returns in a supporting role. The trailer highlighted new mind-bending locations, creatures, and a story centered on Dylan's efforts to atone for past mistakes. Dr. Casper Darling also makes a return appearance. Pre-orders include 48 hours of early access on the PS5 digital deluxe edition along with cosmetics and additional content such as a digital artbook and soundtrack.
