On March 20, 2026, opposition deputies formally submitted interpellation requests in Congress to Manuel Adorni, Chief of Staff, and Karina Milei, General Secretary of the Presidency, over the $LIBRA case. They also demanded a report from President Javier Milei with over a dozen points on communications with Mauricio Novelli, possible payments, and meetings at Casa Rosada and Olivos before and after the token's launch on February 14, 2025. A DATIP forensic analysis revealed seven communications between the general secretary and Novelli from February 14 to 16, 2025. The requests aim to clarify the Executive's knowledge and involvement in the token's launch and collapse. Deputy Juan Marino stated: «We will denounce him before the Disciplinary Tribunal of the Public Prosecutor's Office for obstructing our constitutional work as an Investigative Commission», referring to prosecutor Eduardo Taiano. Taiano responded by denying hiding evidence and attributing criticisms to a «political operation». Additionally, Judge Ariel Lijo ordered the lifting of fiscal and banking secrecy on companies like IMHOUSE S.A., owned by Marcelo Gandio, which allegedly paid for Adorni's trip to Punta del Este, to check possible links.
