Nolan Wells friend claims he refused boat ride

Nolan Wells' best friend says the teen repeatedly turned down pleas to board their boat before going missing from Horn Island on the Fourth of July.

Warren Hudson told Brandon Tatum on "The Officer Tatum Show" that the group tried to get Nolan to leave with them. Hudson recalled one plea as "Nolan, get the f*** on the boat."

Hudson noted it was common for people to arrive on one boat and return on another. Nolan's body was later found in the water off Horn Island.

Nolan's mother Christine Wonsley has asked to view search photos in person. United Cajun Navy vice president Brian Trascher took images from a helicopter on July 6 showing the body on the shoreline. The family is pursuing an independent investigation.
