Painterland Sisters, a dairy brand founded by sisters Stephanie and Hayley Painter, has announced a partnership with the USA Curling Women's Team ahead of the Milano Cortina 2026 Winter Olympics. Painterland Sisters, established by fourth-generation organic regenerative dairy farmers Stephanie and Hayley Painter, has teamed up with USA Curling's Women's Team, known as Team Peterson, for the upcoming Milano Cortina 2026 Winter Olympics in Milan. The partnership highlights the brand's organic, Icelandic-style skyr yogurt, which is lactose-free, protein-packed, and made with simple ingredients including probiotics. This yogurt will support the athletes during their high-stakes competition, keeping them energized on and off the ice.
Tabitha Peterson, the skip of Team Peterson and a three-time Olympian, praised the product: "Curling demands long days, focus, and endurance both physically and mentally. Members include Tabitha Peterson, a pharmacist; her sister Tara Peterson, a dentist and recent mother; Taylor Anderson-Heide, a marketing assistant and first-time Olympian; Cory Thiesse, a lab technician and two-time Olympian; and Aileen Geving, an insurance executive and three-time Olympian. They are coached by Cathy Overton-Clapham, a Canadian world champion. The team has multiple Olympic appearances, world, and national titles.
This collaboration aligns with 2026 being declared the "Year of the Female Farmer" by Whole Foods Market, underscoring women in agriculture and sports. Painterland Sisters aims to preserve family farms and reconnect consumers to food sources through regenerative practices.
